ZIP in JPG

I forgot how to put a ZIP file into a JPG. Using Windows binary copy. Here is what I remember:

1. Put files in a ZIP
2. "copy /b zip_file.zip + image_displayed final_result.jpg"
3. I can view this as the normal JPG, or if I open it with WinRAR I'll see the contents of the archive.

But I failed. WinRAR says there is no archive or it's damaged. What am I doing wrong?

Kindly note the difference between ZIP and RAR, and the fact that you have them in the wrong order.
Then kill yourself.
