folder contents into text lists

Name: Anonymous 2007-11-24 22:46

I'm wondering if theres a program out there that will take the content of a folder and turn it into a text list. I'm not looking for it to go as deep into the directories as it can, just the contents of a single folder, or at the most, two levels deep.
And it would capture specifically folder names. File names also are alright, but the folder names are a must.

Anyone know of a good option for this?
