dearest everyone. My friend and I are trying to play a game over the internet via hamachi lan.

his school limits computers speeds, so he keeps dropping from the game. But they allow xbox 360s to have an increased speed to play games online. It's dumb, I know. Anyway he had to call them up and give his 360s MAC address and then they allowed it on the network at high speed.

How2 trick the network into thinking his computer is his 360?

tell them the MAC address of the computer your using, tell them its an xbox.

spoof your mac address to what one of the xbox's is

sudo ifconfig en0 ether aa:bb:cc:dd:ee:ff  if you're on os x.
