I only keep three icons on my Windows desktop (Documents, My Computer, Recycle Bin) and I like to keep them in the bottom left corner. I keep other things, such as Rainlander, Sysmetrix, and/or other widgets (depending on my current setup) in that corner. Every now and then if I save a file just temporarily, I dump it onto my desktop to be used then thrown away later. But by default, Windows puts these files on the desktop starting in the top left, so they are always placed under the widget shit. This is annoying as whenever I need to get rid of or move these files, I have to move things out of the way to get to them.
Is there a way (setting or maybe a program to download) that lets me modify where Windows begins placing icons by default?
