minimum cpu temp

Name: michelle 2007-11-09 8:13

My pc is right next to the window which I have cracked open, the cpu is running at 14c. Its always hot in my house so I'll probably do this when its also much colder outside. Am I going to damage my cpu?

14°C isn't going to damage it. Once you start going below -20 you can start worrying.

14c is quite fast, considering c is light speed.

Apart from that I'd worry more about humidity.

autumn/winter = low/no humidity

Name: Anonymous 2007-11-09 16:31

Low humidity in autumn? God damn, are you a sand nigger?

Name: Anonymous 2007-11-09 19:56

Not OP, but I have permanent low humidity.

Living in high desert (Nevada) can be a bitch sometimes.

What does low humidity mean?

Name: Anonymous 2007-11-09 21:37

Low amount of water in the air.
