Setup Proxies for Torrents and Firefox

Now it seems all I need to do is throw in the proxy info from something like http://www.proxy4free.com/page1.html
 and away I go...
 well firefox chokes and mu torrent locks.
 WTF?
 I 'm in Canada and want my demonoid.com back!
