QoS setup

My roommate has set up our router so that his computer has highest priority and mine has the lowest. I use P2P software more than he does so is this fair?

The meaning of the word "fair" is always defined by the person with the admin password. If you don't like it, crack it.

Actually yes, it's a good set up. His browsing won't affect your rates too much but it can be extremely annoying for websites to load forever just because some fucktard doesn't know how to (or doesn't want to) not clog up them tubes.
