Is there a program that will allow unix-style copy/paste for Windows? I've got the Firefox plugin, but I'd prefer something universal.

If you use KDE, try Klipper.

If not, why not just highlight the text and use the middle mouse button (or left+right if you have 3 mouse button emulation on) to paste?

He wants the other way around.  Unix copy-paste for Windows.

Also, I know of no such thing.
