Alright, I just downloaded Zattoo to view BBC 1, 2, 3 and 4. However, I need a british IP to do that. Is there a way to get another Ip without using slow proxies? Are there any fast and reliable british proxies?

What about IP spoofing?

Analogy of IP spoofing
Hmm... I'm going to be sneaky and change my address on my outgoing mail. That way no one will know where I live. Oh, I wonder why my mailbox has been empty for like, 2 years... Anyway...
I was just thinking that all you could really use IP Spoofing was for sending a UDP packets to an unsuspecting computer, either having them originate from your computer while pretending to be from somewhere else, or to have a remote service send UDP packets to the wrong computer. Turns out it's called a UDP flood attack.

Actually you can do a bit more than just that. Forging certain ICMP packets can have funny results at times but all in all it's no more than a bit annoying for your target. That's about all you can do unless you can still find an ISP that gives away shell accounts.
Pay for a shell account somewhere like ukshells.co.uk. Then use ssh's DynamicForward option when you log into it, and set Zattoo to use a SOCKS proxy on localhost.
