To crack passwords, you are going to need a tool that brute-forces the site. Either find a custom made one, designed specifically for the website, or attempt to modify some open code. If those routes are not available, you may be able to build your own using PHP, Perl, or any other programming language that is able to send HTTP Requests. Learn2Code.
If these passwords are sent on the LAN, you could implement a packet sniffer while ARP Spoofing/Poisoning the gateway. Learn2Research.
Using a keylogger or backdoor program without the knowledge of how to secure it will have the box compromised by another script kiddie in an extremely short time. You will promptly be locked out of the system and the new script kiddie will likely deal more damage than you intended to. Learn2Secure.
