Video card issues?

I just got back from a trip and i brought my desktop with me.  When i got back i found that some parts fell out of place and i hoped nothing was damaged...alas when i hook back everything up there is nothing to display on my moniter.  the computer starts up normally with lights and all but nothing displays on the moniter...its like booting up with your moniter off or something.  Is this an issue with the video card or my mobo?

Well I am not an "bump." You have no right to call me that if I made mistakes.  This site should have some rules about harrassments, threats, and name calling.  I am still in the need of more help in that regards
