Hard drive recovery

My hard drive wont spin for reasons unknown to me so I figure that its finished and not going to work anymore. I would like to know if its possible to recover the data on it and if so how can I do it?

ORLY?  In that case, I'm sticking around.  A few chanfags with excessive time in their hands does not constitute an army, a majority, even a significant minority.  It's just a couple of chanfags.  No biggie.

Also, "retarded inbred monkeys" don't have WILLPOWER, which is a concept that I'm sure you're fairly ignorant of.
