Hard drive recovery

My hard drive wont spin for reasons unknown to me so I figure that its finished and not going to work anymore. I would like to know if its possible to recover the data on it and if so how can I do it?

Good job on acting like you are the only one 'enjoying' this... mind you I suppose you have to try and put on a brave face and not show your true feelings about losing your dignity here, it has to suck being forced back to anonymity by a bunch of 4chan freaks, especially after such a valiant effort at defending yourself. You seem to enjoy helping people here, I wonder how much fun it could be knowing that noone wants it.
