[Q] PC upgrade [P166/32MB]

Pentium 166 MMX, 32MB SIMM RAM, NVidia Riva TNT2 16MB, 10GB HDD (Quantum Fireball), 8x CD-ROM Hitachi, Creative Soundblaster16, U.S. Robotics 33.6K Sportster modem
I want to buy a new CPU, something like AMD K6 333MHz, new memory modules (currently I have 4x8MB, but I want 4x16MB or 4x32MB or more).

Also: any suggestions regarding what to upgrade are welcomed.
