9 when pressing Enter

I keep getting a 9 after I press enter (on my other computer) and I can't seem to figure out what it is, tried restarting the computer, tried alt+shift..
Anyone know what could be wrong?

You may have one of those gayfaggoting programmable macro keyboards and for some reason the ENTER key was re-assigned.  Find out the "erase all macros" key combination for that keyboard, if so.  Then, find and slaughter the fool who messed it up in the first place.  Kick his head in.  Make a mess.
