I determined from (now, various) sources that this "Christopher Logan Hanssen" (among other variants) is actually a Perl script of modest size (about 130 lines).  The source code is a fairly interesting read.  Of note, the program was obviously intended to troll message boards ... at least, that's my opinion.  Its design has a significant "constipation factor" (note: my terminology), and as we've seen, the resulting Hanssen script is a bit of a cuss.
