Ok so basically my computer has been flooded with spyware and malware... now everytime i run my spyware scanner (lavasoft SE professional) it red lights a file called rasadhlp.dll as dangerous and right after it does that my entire computer restarts. I found the file in system32 and i tried deleting it manually but that doesn't work either.. so any programs i can use or methods to safely clean my computer?

You can use Unlocker to forcefully delete any file or folder. As for how to clean your computer, you might as well reformat it.

also, uninstall whatever p2p programs you've got [I'M LOOKING AT YOU, KAZAA] and any porn you have that requires something to be installed.
Killing off spyware and adware (i.e. fuckware) is a fairly difficult task and is most successful when done manually.
For starters, the fuckware currently running on your system generally stops you from deleting them. So, stop them from starting when you boot the OS.
To see what's running every time you bootup, go into safemode or login as the administrator for your machine, and then run REGEDT32.EXE. That's the "registry editor" and you should be cautious about using it as a baseline.
... and File|Export it somewhere handy as a backup.
In that key, you'll find all the stuff that loads itself after Windows starts up. Try to get a techie friend to help you at that point, since it's difficult for the novice to determine which things are valid, which ones are suspicious, and which ones just scream "I'M FUCKWARE". You can always take the exported file containing the text of the key contents, and email to a friend who can help you ... or you could post it here, if you wish. Those items in that key aren't security risks since the information contains no identifiers or passwords.
Good luck. In the future, use Firefox when surfing the web; you'll generally have a lot smaller chance of getting infected with fuckware. Also, stop using Outlook for your emails (and use the open-source version, Firebird) ... for the same reason. Any Internet-connected computer that uses Internet Explorer and Outlook are at the highest chance of infection.

Fail, because more runs at bootup than what is stored in that key.
Get Autoruns (google SysInterntals Autoruns)

Hello stupid namefag. Your 'help' is wrong and it won't work. It will just make your compouter more broken and dumb. The only way to fix it is for me to contact the site admins and report that the OP has been hacked by you. They will probably ban you and even tell your parents that you are bad and they won't let you on my intrenets anymore.
