Cycle wallpapers?

Is there any program that will cycle wallpapers ow windowblinds skins?
My friend's sister had one that cycled the boot screen, logon screen, skin, and wallpaper at a set interval. Don't know what program it is though.
Any help?

Any freeware and shareware site should have a list of such utilities.
