Retarded computer

so my computer is pretty good. it shocked me because i thought it was crap but it can play alot of games that i wouldnt have thought possable on here. haha
but anyway. i took my computer over to my friends house for a LAN party & it was being completely rearded. im not sure why. i had like 4 blue screens of death. but its back at my house now & its doing great. is this normal?? lol
have any of you guys come across this before??

Dunno maybe a network virus
but by they usually infect the computer and do bad things until network traffic is up then jump to the next computer. But, you're on the internet and nothing is happening i assume....

Maybe wrong/bad driver for ethernet card?

no, cause thats how i connect right now,with my ethernat card. i guess it didnt like his house... can a computer be a... house.. ist?? haha
