MacFag Reporting In

Soo, I just purchased a new Macbook for a year long trip I am taking, but having only ever owned PCs and my main box being a PC, i'm completely lost.

Mainly, I'm lost as far as everyday applications for Mac OS X go.  I need Mac equivalents to Winrar (for my secret rar-ed cp and porn and Literthursdays), foobar200 (iTunes is shitty), Trillian (iChat doesn't log chats), uTorrent, and Daemon tools.  I could always install BootCamp, but I'd much prefer having all my junk in one virtual place.

So, Mac owners, any help?  Does anyone know some good apps for OS X?

Vista is Mac OS X buy way shittier.  It's like they took the style of a mac but then decided to put in the slowness and bugs of windows.  Fantastic.  I didn't really like using my computer anyway.

But, Windows XP may or may not have been a valid answer.

"Hmm, I want a Mac. I just need to find dozens of programs to work on it, instead of getting a PC and not having to do a thing."

So you bought a Mac and now basically want A PC because all the Mac programs suck. There's a lesson in there somewhere.... hmm...

Don't change these.
