No matter what game I play, no matter what graphics settings the damn thing clips like crazy. I have a Geforce7900GS OC, 1GB Ram, Core2 Duo E4300 and a bunch of other shit. How does I unclip mah games?

turn off other apps in the background
Email client, web browser, torrents, etc to free up resources
and graphics aren't the only evil, high quality sound can eat up resources
Also, you could be ate up with adware and viruses which would grind your computer to a halt
If you think none of that applies to you then update all the drivers for your hardware
