Upgrade Laptop

I have a Toshiba Satellite M45-S165. My fan is horrible, it blows out hot air and its loud. I need to get a new fan, but dont know which brand to get. Also i can upgrade my laptop right? Like a new hd, and ram. My computer is really slow so i just need what specific products i need to get new ram, fan and a hd.

most laptops have screws holding in removable plates at the bottom. unscrew them and you should be able to upgrade the components.  I'm not sure how upgradable laptop fans are. They have laptop coolers which are like a plate with fans in it that your laptop sits on.

Just like anything else in the world the more you pay for it the better.I use cheap ram in my school computer and nice stuff for gaming

I just need a brand name for the laptop i mentioned. I dont want to waste money. And im just going to get a factory fan for that specific model.
