Revert Back to previous Versions: IE and WMP

Hey, I just got my computer back from the shop in was in, and the people there installed the new versions of Internet Explorer (IE7) and the new version of Windows Media Player (WMP11) and I DO NOT WANT them. Microsoft's support site listed how to revert to WMP11 before when I updated to it the first time and I decided I hated it and reverted back to the old version. It doesn't list this anymore. Can anybody tell me how to revert back to the old versions I want?

Never mind, I searched the internet and found out that I had to use the add/remove programs thingy. Yay!
