No. The best Office was Office 2000. It's the less bloated one of the stable ones. It does the most of all you need. The new ones don't do anything new you needed, but they introduce stupid and useless features.

Office 2000 is better than Open Office, not because it has 238579109348712 features and Open Office only has 4513834543, but because it's less buggy, more stable, and has a better behaviour or better quality core features - the simple things you always do. Also, slow Open Office is sloooooooow.
