looking for a good temp monitor

im about to go over to liquid cooling on my rig, and i need a good application to record improvment, im cooling the CPU, NB, and GPU so something that is also able to record temps with load and without load would be helpful, and reccomendations?

MotherBoardMonitor 5 is the industry standard for windows, in linux use GKrellm.  I prefer Sysmetrix as a front-end for MBM.  if you have an ATI card ATItool can be set to send the temp from the vidcard to MBM.  all are free off the net.  BTW don't liquid cool without a GOOD reason
