Why is my win98 laptop the most stable computer I've ever dealt with? I abuse the fuck out of this thing, and it's still about as good as it was new. Meanwhile, I'm careful and sensible with my two XP desktops, yet I have to re-install windows every couple months.

You should put windows Vista on it if you are getting bored with its stability
