Networking Problem

I currently got a new broadband connection, and it was working fine on all three of my computers. Basic set up of Computers->Router->Modem. However, one recently started to get disconnected constantly. This isnt a total disconnect though, just enough to interrupt and stop a download, or disconnect you from a game. What possibilities are there?

Depends. Needs a lot moar information.

How is the network configured? DHCP? If so, is the router acting as DHCP server? What company/model is the router? Did you update it to the latest firmware? What OS is the problematic computer running? How is its TCP/IP protocol configured? What OS are the other (working) computers running? How are their TCP/IP protocols configured?

You can't expect a helpful answer about such a problem with the info you provided.

Is the disconnecting one wireless? And if so is is a nic or is it a usb adapter? You may be getting overloaded in packets periodically where the computer pings at 2000+ ms for about 3 seconds. This may be the case (only if its during downloading). Otherwise you may want to see who's leeching. If everything is wired then you definately have a config or hardware problem. In that case try updating firmware and such.
