Messed up Network Drive

Got a new 250GB USB Drive, and connected it to a linksys WRTSL54GS router. When I try to copy any small file to it (not sure how small it has to be, at least under 1MB) the transfer fails and tells me there is insufficent disk space. Both the target and origin drives are NTFS and there is 230GB of free space in a single partition. This is new to me, what am I doing wrong here?

you connect it to a PC you fucking retard. not a router.

while it may seem "cool" to hook it up to your router, it makes your shit more vulnerable to TEH H4X0RZ!

you also restrict through-put to network speed. which is next to fucking retarded.

plug it into your pc if you want performance. plug it into your router if you want to lose data...

USB <--> Router? No. Get a NAS unit.

Don't change these.
