D-Link DSL-2540B ADSL Router/Modem

Hey /g/, I'm a failure, I can't figure out how to set up my D-Link DSL-2540B ADSL Router/Modem combo. Neither D-Link, nor my ISP (Verizon) care to help me. D-Link tells me to call my provider, my provider tells me to pay 100 dollars.

Is there anyone who could help me set this up? ;_;

is this a adsl router you bought and are now trying to set up?
or is this one they provided?
verizon has the right to refuse free setup on third-party/non-supported hardware.
