Top of the line computer specs

I'm looking into building a new computer, but the problem is I'm not at all up to date anymore on what the new kickass specs are.  Could any friendly knowledgeable soul help me out?

You have a problem to still use loose socks. Nobody would dare to show off specs with them anymore. Maybe you're a homo? If she can't have thigh-highs just leave out that part and everybody will assume the omitted part is just something regular and decent.
