It's more than obvious that Hans killed Nina. And as a murderer, he's not as skilled as a software engineer. She disappeared after she went to his home. Blood was found in his home and car. A seat from his car was missing, and Reiser failed to explain why. A toolbox that could be used to disassemble seats had been recently bought by Reiser. And then the biggest brainfart of all: he went and bought two books on murderers, "Masterpieces of Murder" and "Homicide: A Year on the Killing Streets" just days after the incident.

Not only he's a despicable murdered and should get jailed for life or killed, but he's also very, very stupid a murderer.
