Any idea on how to get tabs back on my Task Manager or am I sentenced to reinstalling Windows?

On an unrelated note, I have a question in regards to video cards.  I was recently given a GeForce FX5200 to put in my computer because it outperforms the crappy one that came packaged.  But the video card that came packaged is one that we can't seem to remove.

Now, performance has increased slightly in some areas, but now some games refuse to open properly, my system freezes up at random intervals, and is generally just hard to work with.  Is this because it's fighting with the stock one for resources?  And if that is the problem, is there any way to disable the stock one so that I don't have these problems?

Also, what are you not being able to remove? Do you mean it's integrated into the motherboard?
