Asian characters

All right, I'm trying to install the fonts for asian characters on my computer.  It wants a stupid SP2 cd which I don't have.  How do I get around this?  Does the CD exist in a torrent?

By the way, I've tried searching my hard drives for the required file, cplexe.exe ... no luck.

Also for all you weeaboo wannabees, In my case I had an XP x64 and tried to install... it yelled at me for files I didn't have on the CD. Solution.

Google dlls it yells that you need. Problem solved.
