new silent computer

I just got myself one of these

It's fucking awesome, you can't hear a thing even under heavy cpu and disk load

1. Pentium II processor and mobo. (or try some VIA mobo with integrated processor, I'm thinking about getting one)
2. 2.5" HD.
3. Low-wattage efficient PSU. (I'm afraid I know nothing of this topic)
4. No fans or very silent fans.
5. ????
