I've always noticed this but never really bothered figuring it out until now... there's a few ports on my ATI Radeon x800. One is a regular output port for my monitor.
There's another which I'm sure is S-Video. I'm not sure if it's strictly for output, or if input (capturing from an S-Video source) is also possible.
And then there's another port that baffles me. It's white-colored, very boxy-shaped. Even all the little holes in it are shaped like squares -- about three rows of these holes (which I presume are for pins), and then next to those three rows is a cross with one square-shaped hole in each "quadrant" of the cross. Just what the hell is this port? Is this an input port or an output port or both? What kind of devices can I connect to it?
