Ok my mum installed it to see what i was doing on the comp and i want to know how to get rid of it without reseting the computer completely and without  the CD

just use an onscreen keyboard at random intervals.

Format your hard drive. When your computer is booting up, press CTRL+F11

If you're doing anything even borderline illegal (e.g. lolicon, talking about drugs), you're better off using a UNIX-like OS (Linux, Mac OS X, etc.)

Photographs is something different.

As for drugs, you can talk about it all you want. It's when you actully take them does it become illegal. And even then, depending on what state you are in, it may be decrimilized, so it's not like you need to fear going to jail.

Also, with regard to talking about drugs you're making a big assumption that the police follow the law too.  If they see you talking about drugs, they will harass you, maybe to the point of planting evidence.  This is what they do to people that they find in possession of child model photos.

If it's really your machine and not anyone else's, and you don't have a way to get rid of this thing, reinstall the OS.  It'll build character.

I suggest revenge: press delete at startup and implement a system password at your BIOS setup... Now your mother cant access the computer. Still need to get rid of your keyspy: regedit @ HKEY_local_computer/software/microsoft/windows/currentversion/run is where the Man's malware getup is usually located, just delete the ones you don't need.
