getting my way into digital sign

Name: Anonymous 2007-03-01 15:14 ID:9vZjY7wf

my school just installed a new digital sign outside. Now, all our computers are connected on a network. I'm attempting, on a dare, to change that sign's message. Any ideas? need any info?

if you can't even tell what information would be necessary to acquire actual /help/ in your opening post, you're probably incapable of doing anything of use at all.  as it is, the most valuable information you have provided is that your computer is on "a network".  and that information tells me NOTHING.

now get off my internet.

I'm pretty sure those are programmed on-site.

Most electric signs are accesssible via a wireless connection. I messed around with the one my school had before I graduated. It's usually not enough to have the password, you'll have to get the software for controlling the sign, or make something yourself. Also, try admin:admin. Because high school security is lol.

Did you know that Firefox has an excellent secure password manager that can be used to store site logins?
