Windows crashes :'(

Name: Anonymous 2007-02-22 12:55 ID:kFNmNHE0

When I try to boot it, I get a blue screen of desu.

What am I doing wrong?

P.S.
The computer reboots instantly, I cannot see what the text says.  Fail-sure mode fails as well.

Hit F8 while your computer starts and one of the options should be to disable automatic restart.  Pick that.

This is Microsoft's way of telling you to install Linux

I already have Linux installed so don't worry about that ;)  No Opera though, I don't want to contaminate my system with delicious binaries.

Opera hasn't had ads for like 2 years man, free software now.

They get a commission off of ads you click when you search google through their integrated search. Amazingly that pays for their entire operation... well, that + premium support, cell phones, etc.

Okay, the BSODesu says UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME (second parameter is 0xC000014F).  Luckily, I managed to find a pirated XP disc in the anals of my porcupine girlfriend.

chkdsk worked well for my dirty second partition (well, it locked up halfway, but the partition is now fixed), not for my primary partition though, it doesn't want anything to do with it :/

Of course, I have NTFS drivers that are better than the Microsoft drivers, and they read it without a hitch (they do not include the equivalent of chkdsk though, so I can't clear the dirty flag off the partition) ...

Don't change these.
