Folder password questions

I just bought one of those Microsoft fingerprint readers, it's great. Is there a way I can password protect a specific folder then use the fingerprint scanner as the password? Any help is appreciated.

There's no way I'd protect my data with something that inaccurate. Next thing you know it'll lock you out and give others access to your data.
