Help! Laptop has crashed.

My toshiba laptop has crashed. it all started when it just hung up . i manually shut it down and when i restarted it goes past the windows loading screen. a blue screen appears for a tiny fraction of a second and laptop restarts.

i have tried going to the safe mode but i get the same problem.
i tried the ubuntu live cd and it hangs up as well.

what else can i do?

You won't find Opera on a default Ubuntu livecd. To get Opera, try a liveCD like 'PuppyLinux with Opera'.
