Cache settings? What browser? Set them to always check if file has been updated on server

I set Opera to never check for updated files, then if I do want to check I can just refresh the page. Combined with having plugins/java/javascript disabled, my browsing speed is over 9000.

Opera sucks sure there's an ebuild for opera but it just get dropped to /opt, it's statically linked, and it's CLOSED SOURCE, which means that it is a BINARY package.
