Install K-Meleon web browser. Chances are no one has ever heard of it. Install it in some obscure directory (C:\program files\common\iFlash) and make sure it isn't the default program of anything. Also make sure it doesn't install any start menu or desktop icons.
When you open the program, don't use Start>Run>c:\program files\common\iflash\k-meleon.exe. Actually manually navigate to the directory using "My Computer". This way there is no readily available trace of you going there. (Since the Start>Run saves a list)
K-Meleon is very similar to firefox so it isn't too much of a different program and it supports most protocols.

Opera sucks sure there's an ebuild for opera but it just get dropped to /opt, it's statically linked, and it's CLOSED SOURCE, which means that it is a BINARY package.
