uTorrent, DHT, and WiFi

I'm picking up this guy's WiFi access point from my loungeroom, and I've been doing heaps of shit on it without him knowing what the hell's going on. I've downloaded probably 10GB without him knowing.

Anyway, I also gained access to his modem settings.. he didn't set a password.
So I thought it would be a good chance for me to set up DHT. I disable UPnP mapping in uTorrent, choose a port, set myself a static IP, then forward the port on his modem. I use my static IP and the port I chose, and set them for UDP and TCP.

But... I'm not getting DHT. I have no idea what the hell is going on. There's nothing on my end filtering it, and there's nothing in the modem settings stopping the port from working. I've even tried other ports, and tried changing my IP, but nothing even works.
The little port forward test in uTorrent says there's an error, and I can't get DHT on any torrent I try.

Anyone know what the hell's going on? The modem they're using is a D-Link DI-624.

Proof positive that Linuxfags love to compile.
