alright. time to step it up.
all my files on my 30 GB ipod video were lost.
the problem is, i did not back up any of there files on my itunes. is there anyway to recover these files?

Yes. Look up any app that will recover files.

For once, it'll be easier if you're using the iPod on Windows (FAT32 instead of HFS+). Just search Download.com for a file recovery app and get a crack from astalavista.box.sk and you'll be fine. If you're on a Mac, errr I know Leopard lets you do it in disk utility, and there are a few recovery apps on macupdate.

Just don't change anything at all on the iPod in the time being. As everything you change wipes away a little bit of what you can recover.
