Vista sucks sure there's the new aero interface but it just got a lot slower, it has a lot of DRM, and it's from MICROSOFT, which means that it is an INSECURE and OVERPRICED piece of shit.

I'm 36, and I gotta say, there're a lotta narrow-minded people in this thread. Oh well, not my concern. At any rate, I didn't pay for Vista. Also, it's working fine. I fail to see how Vista has turned my machine "average in terms of performance." I'm still super-flying all over the damned place.

P.S. I will enjoy my AIDS, as the AIDS are quite enjoyable and worth-while to me. But I'm not willing to PAY for Vista, so y'know, they're not getting a new customer this way.

I tried Vista and now I'm switching back to XP. A lot of my hardware isn't compatible with Vista: webcam, graphics tablet(off and on), etc. Plus, Vista kept turning off my firewall.

The interface looks interesting, but I have to say, I'm still not fully convinced by that glass effect. Vista seems like a step up on some areas, kinda, and a step down on others. I don't use it though, so obviously I couldn't tell you why to get it. DX10?

Since Opera is skinnable, you don't have to use Vista to have the Vista look, and you don't have to use the Vista look even if you run Vista!
