What's so fun about massive ghosting, distorting colors depending on what angle you look at the monitor, a single crappy resolution, dead pixels, etc.?
Actually it's immaturity at it's uncreative apex but then 4chan is virgin 12 year olds so what's new?

I'll put my Dell LCD up against any monitor and it will perform very well. LCDs are a FUCKload better for your eyes.

what are you talking about? I have a 19 inch lcd with native res of 1280/1024. I play games at 640/480, 800/600, 1024/768 and 1280/1024 and they all look fine to me. I play red alert 1 at 800/600 and it looks fine to me. I play red alert 2 at 1024/768 and it looks fine to me.

I wanted to buy an LCD. I had a very good dell 19" CRT but it was too heavy to move around and I was sick of it. I got a Samusng Syncmaster 205BW beacuse it has HDCP and was a decent price, about £240. 1680x1050 with my 8800GTS is perfect. I've also had no dead pixels.

I bought a Sony SDM-HS95P @ Fry's. It was a store model and it was on display for about 7 months. I'm sure it has been "on" for more than 500+ hours!! O_o
Anyways, I'm really surprised that there is only one dead pixel. I cant really tell unless the screen goes black. Which is almost never. I don't hate CTR it's just that college dorms are small and i needed to get a LCD because of the space.
