uTorrent

are there any addons to block company ip addresses like paramount and others who want to sue me for utorrent? i had some addons with azuereus that did this but 4chan said utorrent was better.

Well, since we're talking about uTorrent somewhere in here, is it still safe to use it? I heard they sold out and I switched to ABC, althought I really want to go back to using uTorrent.
