MP Classic problem

Due to certain circumstances I had to reinstall CCCP and accidetally reset all my previous settings. The problem is that now Im getting some horrible lines/pixels or whatever during the "action parts of any video and I forgo what the hell did I installed or changed to fix this. Any suggestions?
