Alright Ive got a BIOSTAR TForce 6100-939 motherboard and AMD Athlon 64 3200+ processor. The LED lights on teh motherboard are telling me that its ready to be turned on but its also saying Abnormal: CPU/Chipset error. Everything is new so I really dont see what the problem is.
Ive also made sure that the CPU and Heatsink are on correctly.

Worst case scenario (not really, but bad case scenario): You killed something with static electricity

How would I know if I did kill something? A shock from the static electricity?

Also none of the fans are on. The only thing on is that one LED light.

Turn off the power supply in the back when your computer is off.
