1) what is a good program for tweaking the overclock settings of ati cards

2) what is the safest overclock for a saphire radeon 9600XT with no heatsink on the ram

i know my graphics card isnt very good, but im a full time student so i have no money coming in, im just trying to upgrade my budget gaming computer without having to buy extra parts.
